Creating Goals
Goals belongs to a predetermined term by the team. You can not create ”Goal across term" or ”Goal for next term".
KR and Action
KR(Key Result) is the “Major achievement to theGoal". As necessary elements to achieve the Goal, multiple KRs can be tied to the Goal. KR has a status of completed and incomplete.
Action is ”Activity performed for KR". The action is linked to the selected KR.
