How does it work?

When searching it will automatically go through all databases at the same time. This means that by one search you’ll go through companies, news feeds, recruitments and web pages. This is also useful when not knowing what filter your keyword is within, so no more hassle. We want our platform to be convenient 🏖️

Can I search for more than just one word?

Yes, however please keep in mind that when you search for elements in a database there are boolean operations between each keyword. Boolean Operators are simple words (AND, OR or NOT) used as conjunctions to combine or exclude keywords in a search, resulting in more focused and productive results. This is to save time and effort by eliminating inappropriate hits that must be scanned before discarding.

AND — requires both terms to be in each item returned and will narrow the search.

Let’s have an example: A search on Account Manager AND Stockholm includes results that contain both keywords. This is often a great approach when combining two filters, for example a specific role or technographic segmentation with a geographic delimitation.

OR — either term (or both) will be in the returned. This broadens the search and is useful when searching for similar keywords, for example different sales roles, without the risk of elimination when not needed. If you have space between who keywords, it will by default be an OR operation as well.

Want an extra hack?

If you use an * at the end of your keyword you’ll get the result of the same start and all ending. Let's demonstrate this:

I'm looking for a salesperson but it doesn't matter if it's a Salesperson, Sales Specialist or Sales Manager. Instead of adding all keywords with an OR operator, I can just type Sales* and all hits with the same ending will appear. In this case there are in total 26 recruitments open for Sales* roles. Great, isn't it?
