We're bringing another upgrade pack to your daily sales life. Let's get into it!
Filter on 1300+ News Topics
Since a couple of months back you've been able to see tagged News topics in your news feed, and now you can finally filter on it. Use it to personalize your news feed to only show news about your business sector or why not try it out as a industry filter.
Faster workflow in Thumbnail view
For those that prefer the thumbnail view over the dashboard view (yes, there are a few) we've introduced a long-awaited feature for it. When you qualify and ignore companies from Thumbnail view the order of the companies will no longer change ⭐️.
This will make it much quicker to use and will cater better to those with a large prospecting volume. To introduce this feature we had to disable the outcome lists (Qualified list) from the relevance lists (the lists that the recommendations are based on) so that the Goava Score and sort order might be different from other views.
Geography distribution in analytics
We've introduced our next feature to our analytics view giving you a good overview of where your market or segment is geographically. Using this heat map you can see where the most companies are located or toggle to show the areas that are most relevant to you. To calculate the relevance of areas we look at the significance of those areas based on your recommendation lists to see if anything is over- or under-represented.
Admin privileges for CRM integration settings
With the new logic for our CRM integrations only admins are allowed to change the settings of the integration. This however gives a great benefit. After an admin has first connected to the CRM and configured the settings all the following users will have those settings added automatically along with the correct integration so that they won't have to make any settings themselves. If the admin at some point changes the settings those settings will automatically be applied for all users under the same account.
New Pipedrive and Salesforce settings
Pipedrive and Salesforce don't have support for unassigned companies resulting in that you can't "take over" a company in these CRMs using Goava... until now.
We've introduced a new setting that enables admin users to select if they want Goava to be allowed to re-assign companies in the CRM. So when a user qualifies a company in Goava that is already assigned to another user in the CRM the user that qualified will take over that company in the CRM.
