GOAVA SCORE PROFILES
If you're looking to base your segmenting on data rather than a gut feeling - then our new Goava Score profiles are for you.
Use your top customers for your Score Profile in Analytics to get instant insights into what sets them apart and create a new segment targeting similar companies.
Ever wondered what separates your highest-paying customers from your lowest-paying customers? Or your churned customers from lifelong customers?

UPDATES TO THE PEOPLE TAB
We've made several improvements to the people tab. Check them all out below.
New empty states
To keep the experience consistent, we now show empty states for companies that are missing contacts with email or LinkedIn contacts
People search
Use the search bar in the people tab to search for contacts. Very useful for companies with a lot of contacts.
LinkedIn contacts to CRM
With the latest update, users of Goava Engage can now seamlessly export their LinkedIn contacts directly to their CRM system. This feature allows for a smoother integration of valuable contacts from LinkedIn into your CRM. To enable this functionality, simply configure the LinkedIn-link export settings within your CRM settings. This streamlines the process of managing and nurturing relationships with your LinkedIn connections, enhancing your prospecting and sales efforts.
Signatories
You can now see who at the company has the legal right to sign your deals. You'll find it below the board members in the People tab.
BRINGING THE HEAT TO ANALYTICS 🔥
We've added fire emojis (🔥) in Analytics next to the company criteria that is the most popular in your team over the last 3 months. For example, the industries that you have qualified the most prospects in lately.
Use this insight to understand what type of companies your team is prospecting right now.
GOAVA SCORE INSIGHTS
Hover over the Goava Score on any label in an Analytics drill-down table to gain insights and better understand why it gets a certain score.
Example of an explanation:
The industry is overrepresented in your Goava score lists. Organisations within this industry will receive a higher Goava score and they will be boosted by the algorithm.
You have 94 organizations within this industry in your lists. If they were randomly distributed you should have expected around 14.
The outcome is 21.4 above the expected mean.
IMPROVED INDUSTRY FILTER
You can now toggle the Include primary industry only box in industry filter to only include companies that has your selected industry as their primary industry.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

Show info message when predefined lists are disabled
For companies with a warning triangle to indicate a status like bankruptcy, we now also show the date they entered that status in the tooltip.
