To create your account, download the Betterfly app, press "Sign up", and follow these steps:

1. Enter your personal email and password according to the recommendations.
2. Press "Create your account".
3. Read the "Next steps" section and press "Continue".
4. Enter your country, your identification number and press "Continue".
5. Check your benefits and press "Continue".
6. Accept the life insurance terms and conditions and confirm.
7. Choose your username and press "Continue".
8. Sync your workout apps and press "Build your wellbeing”.

We recommend that you activate the sync of a single app in steps and/or workouts: for example, if you have a Samsung smartphone and use Samsung Health and Google Fit, only activate the app you use the most in Betterfly to avoid errors in the activities sync.
