Each Betterflyer has a base coverage that goes according to the plan purchased by your employer. In addition, you can increase it at no cost thanks to the usual practice of healthy habits registered by the app such as walking, training, meditation, drinking water, among others.
Life insurance coverage covers 3 causes:
- Natural death
- Accidental death
- Accidental disability
It's important that you add your beneficiary(s) so that they can access the benefit if they need it. If you add a minor, you must bear in mind that their legal representative is who'll be able to access the benefit. To do this, follow these steps:
Open the Betterfly app and go to “Start
Select the menu in the upper left corner and press "Profile"
Scroll down the screen until you find the "Your coverage" section and press the "Go to financial protection" button
Fill out the form from the "Add beneficiaries" button
Keen in mind that the beneficiary addition process takes from 14 to 20 business days.
