Our new login screen now features two novelties: password recovery, and two-factor authentication.
Password recovery
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the "esqueceu sua senha?" link, and fill in your realm and email. You will receive an email with instructions for registering another password. Do not forget to check your spam.
Two-factor authentication
After logging in, access the user menu by clicking on your email on the platform upper right-hand corner.
Click on "Autenticação".
Next, the screen will display a QRcode, which must be scanned using an authentication app. Download the authentication app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or LastPass Password Manager) using your smartphone operating system store.
Type the authenticating code generated by the app, and click on "Ativar".
After clicking on "Ativar", the two-factor authentication is enabled for your username. Always have your smartphone at hand to validate your next access.
To cancel it, just access the same user menu item (two-factor authentication), type the code displayed on your authentication app, and click on "Desativar".
