Everything you need to know about our advances in Security

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Following the best market practices, we update our HTTPS endpoints cryptography certificates every 3 months. Therefore, the next update is due September 21st 2020 at 9pm (New York time).

WHAT WILL BE CHANGED?

With the cryptography certificates update, the following endpoints will be renewed:

These endpoints availability won't be affected during the update process.

DO I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING?

If the systems that access the Digibee endpoints…

  • have the Digibee certificate manually imported

then the certificates must go through the update. We recommend the root certificates to be imported instead of the Digibee certificate so that the process is transparent.

  • have the root certificate manually imported

then you don’t have to do anything, because the update process is ready to be totally transparent.

  • use global certificators

then you don’t have to do anything, because the update process is ready to be totally transparent.
