When objectives only have tactics as key results, we are not including any measurable indicators for the business impact creative a false sense of success

Objectives With Potential Risk
We call these Watermelon Objectives! There can be hidden risk when an objective has been consecutively 'On Pace' without any commentary
>= 10 active objectives AND >=3 on pace updates AND no comments in the past month
Objectives Got Worse
When a significant number of objectives get worse, it's a signal to take action! We want to identify what is happening and pivot if needed
>= 10% of active objectives got worse
Objectives Without Improvement
We want to make sure 'At Risk' & 'Behind' objectives are improving over time. When they are stagnant, we want to take action to get them into the green!
>= 25% of active objectives where status is 'At Risk' or 'Behind' and performance is the same
Stale Objectives
Objective updates are critical to the execution of your Strategic Plan. When significant time goes by with no update, there is risk things are headed off track but we have no way of knowing to take action.
>= 25% of active objectives have not had a status update for >= 35 days
