How do I get access to Strategy Advisor?
Strategy Advisor is currently in Beta and available to paying Elate customers. Please contact your Account Manager if you would like to opt-in to the Beta.
Which technologies does Strategy Advisor use?
Strategy Advisor uses Large Language Models (LLMs) available via API from Google.
How does Strategy Advisor share my data with AI models?
Elate will not permit any third party to use any Customer Data to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Elate may use Feedback (e.g., Customer labeling of suggestions from Strategy Advisor with a thumbs up or thumbs down) and Usage Data for the purpose of improving its AI Features.
Elate has architected its AI usage to ensure that AI features do not allow for any inappropriate data access across users or customers.
What data does Strategy Advisor have access to?
Strategy Advisor has access to data from direct user input and data stored in the user's respective Elate Organization (Objectives, Tactics, Outcomes, Comments, etc.).
What security measures do you have in place for Strategy Advisor?
Models hosted by vendors such as Google are accessed via secure APIs located in the same data center as the rest of the Elate Platform. Please refer to Elate’s Trust Center for more information.
How reliable is Elate AI?
Elate strives to ensure quality and accuracy in Elate AI’s performance through regular automated and human testing. However, as a new technology in Beta, occasional inaccuracies or availability issues might arise. If you find an issue, please report it by contacting help@goelate.com or via in-app support chat.
