Paid accounts
You can cancel a paid subscription any time. However, if you cancel or downgrade a paid subscription, you'll continue to be charged for the duration of the commitment length in your contract.

Trial accounts
Your free trial will automatically expire after 30 days. If you want to deactivate your trial before that date, you can contact support by clicking the intercom app button in the bottom-right corner of your screen or emailing support@goelate.com.
