What's new:

The “Plan Execution” tool is a new feature we just released that allows leadership to get a birds eye view of how objectives are pacing across the company, while also giving them the capability to filter the views so that they can focus on specific teams, people, statuses, etc. This feature helps enhance visibility as a whole while also giving the ability to cherry pick areas of interest.

You may notice when we released the Plan Execution tool we have re-homed the “Nudge report” as a tab within the Plan Execution tab. We did this to ensure the flow makes sense for our users so that once the objective statuses have been reviewed it is very easy to fire the necessary “Nudges” to the owners of objectives making that process more seamless and streamlined.

The “Relationship View” was created to give a visual around how objectives roll up to other objectives in the company. Companies that utilize the “related to” section in objectives will get the best use of this tool.

Another exciting update that we have released is the “Status Trend Graph.” This feature can be found on the objective detail page. What this tool is meant to do is visually represent how an objective is trending overtime When you hover over areas on the “Status Trend Graph,” it will give you insights into when updates were given and who they were given by.
