Refreshing Integrations in Elate

Elate's integrations undergo a hard sync every night.

That said, sometimes updates that are made during the day may require a manual sync on the user's end.

To manually trigger a sync for your Integrations, go to the "Integrations" page at the bottom of your navigation bar in the bottom left-hand corner.

Go to the "Connected" tab to see the Integrations you have set-up within your Organization.

Use the three-dot menu on the Integration card and select "Sync" to manually trigger a sync for your Integration.

The Sync may take a few minutes depending on how many outcomes are linked and how much data is being pulled.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the nightly refresh is for the current ACTIVE time period. Every Sunday at 3AM there is a refresh that covers a longer time period so any historical data will be updated at this time. For example, if you have an outcome showing data by month, every night the data will be refreshed for the current month and every Sunday the data will be refreshed for the previous 3 months. If you need previous time period data, you will need to refresh the outcome using the 3 dot menu in the top right of the outcome.
