Refreshing Plugins in Elate
Elate plugins do a hard sync every night with every plugin set up within your Elate.
That said sometimes updates are made during the day that may require a manual sync.
To push a manual sync of your plugins you will navigate to the "My Plugins" page at the bottom of your navigation bar in the bottom left corner of the Elate screen.
Once you navigate to your "My Plugins" page you will see all the plugins you currently have set up.
Below each plugin you will see a "Sync" button.
Push the "Sync" button to push a refresh to the metrics connected to the plugin needed.
The Sync may take a few minutes depending on how many metrics are linked and how much data is being pulled.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the nightly refresh is for the current ACTIVE time period. Every Sunday at 3AM there is a refresh that covers a longer time period so any historical data will be updated at this time. For example, if you have an outcome showing data by month, every night the data will be refreshed for the current month and every Sunday the data will be refreshed for the previous 3 months. If you need previous time period data, you will need to refresh the outcome using the 3 dot menu in the top right of the outcome.
