Our system automatically accepts the appointments that have been booked with you. This quickens up the processing, you are able to cancel any appoitments that you feel you can't manage or follow through with.
You can do this via your appointments tab in your dropdown menu.
Appointments will come up white with the availability to cancel the booking on the right. If you'd like to see the client then nothing will happen. You will see the client and nothing will change, but if you'd like to cancel the appointment you can click the button. It will then send an email to the customer explaining why the appointment was cancelled.
They will receive a full refund if you the lister decide to cancel the appointment.
