Our terms and conditions outline that listers payments will be processed 24 hours after any appointment has been attended. This is because we have a dispute mechanism in place to allow the user to dispute the services (hopefully they won’t need to) but we need to have this in place for the peace of mind of the user.
Once this period of 24 hours has passed we will take our commission and the payment will be paid to the listers. We want to keep this process as simple as possible for you so we will be streamlining as we move forward.
