There maybe cases where you need to cancel your appointment or re arrange your appointment. We can do that as long as it is 24 hours prior to your appointment date. If it is within the 24 hours prior then we unfortunately have to start processing the money. If you have a legitimate reason to miss the appointment you can dispute the process up to 24 hours after the appointment.
