Assistance animals are allowed in any of our cars and vans.
Pets are allowed in Pet-Friendly vehicles. Our Pet-Friendly cars come equipped with a pet hammock, lint rollers and alcohol wipes because it’s still up to you to ensure no hair or mess is left on the car seat when you’re done.
If you notice a car, pet-friendly or not, that smells badly of pets or has pet hair on the seats, please use the cleanliness rating on the app to let us know. We’ll chase down the member responsible.
Penalties and fines may occur for animals riding in non-Pet-Friendly vehicles.
