The final application is done manually by you, on the employer’s official website

📄 1. Understanding the Application Flow

Each job has a guided, 5-step application journey designed to help you apply with confidence.

Steps:

  1. Read Job Description – Review salary, contract type, and details from the employer.

  2. Enrich Your Resume – Get a breakdown of how your resume matches the job requirements and what could be improved.

  3. Generate Cover Letter – Click one button to create a customised letter tailored to the job.

  4. Upload Documents – Add your cover letter, selection criteria, or any supporting files.

  5. Submit Application – Review and finalise your submission.

💡 You can go back and edit any step before submitting.


📈 2. Match Score Breakdown and Resume Enrichment

Our AI compares the job description and required skills with your resume and profile to generate a Match Score.

In this section, you’ll see:

  • ✅ Your strengths

  • ❌ Missing keywords or experience

  • 📄 Tips to improve your score

You can:

  1. Download the analysis

  2. Update your resume

  3. Re-upload and click Recalculate Match Score

This feature ensures you’re always presenting your most relevant qualifications.


✍️ 3. Generate a Tailored Cover Letter Automatically

Let our AI write a professional and targeted cover letter for each job based on:

  • The job description

  • Your resume

  • The employer’s tone and structure

Click “Cover Letter Ready” and the draft will be generated instantly.

You can copy, edit, or download the letter for your records.


📎 4. Upload Documents for Your Application

Use this step to attach:

  • Cover letter (if written externally)

  • Addressing criteria (if required by the job)

  • Any additional supporting documents

Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, RTF

Maximum size: 5 MB per file

You can:

  • Replace or delete files

  • Upload multiple documents

  • Use drag-and-drop or the “Browse Files” button


✅ 5. Submitting Your Application

Once all steps are complete:

  • Review all information and uploaded documents

  • Click Submit Application

After submitting, the job will move to the Applied Jobs tab in My Jobs, where you can track your applications.

You’ll receive:

  • A confirmation message

  • A record of submission in your dashboard


🔄 Bonus: Recalculating the Match Score After Updating Resume

If you improve your resume and want to see a new match score:

  1. Go to Step 2: Enrich Your Resume

  2. Upload the updated file

  3. Click Recalculate Match Score

The system will run a fresh comparison and provide new insights.
