GoJobby uses Stripe to provide a secure and seamless billing experience. From updating your plan to managing payment methods and viewing invoices, everything is done through our billing portal.
1. 🧾 Accessing Your Subscription Details
To manage your subscription:
Go to Settings in your GoJobby account.
Scroll to Manage Subscription and click Manage Subscription.
This will open the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment details, review invoices, or change your plan.
2. 💳 Update Billing Information
In the Stripe portal, under the Billing Information section, you can:
Update your name and email
Ensure your billing contacts are accurate
Click Update information to make changes.
3. 💼 Change Your Payment Method
You can:
Add a new payment method
Set a card as default
Remove an outdated card
Just click on the ••• icon next to your card and choose Make default or Delete.
4. 📥 View Invoice History
See all your past payments, including:
Date of payment
Amount charged
Status (e.g., Paid)
Frequency (e.g., Monthly)
5. 🔄 Change Your Plan
To change how often you’re billed:
In the Stripe portal, under Current Subscription, click Update Subscription.
Choose between:
Monthly: A$34.00 every month
Quarterly: A$87.00 every 3 months
Click Continue to confirm.
Click on Select button.
And click on Confirm button.
6. ❌ Cancel Your Subscription
If you wish to stop your plan:
Click Cancel Subscription in the Stripe billing portal.
You’ll retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
You can reactivate anytime via the GoJobby platform.
🔙 Return to GoJobby
When finished managing your billing details, click the Return to GoJobby button in the top left corner of the Stripe portal.
