Each job listed on GoJobby includes a Match Score label that helps you understand how well that job aligns with your background and preferences.

This score is calculated using our AI-powered matching system, which analyses multiple data points to deliver the most relevant results. Here’s how it works:

🧠 How we calculate the Match Score:

Our AI reviews each job posting by analysing:

  • The job description

  • The listed requirements

  • Specific keywords and skills mentioned

It then cross-references this data with your:

  • Uploaded resume

  • Selected job titles

  • Preferred locations and job areas

Based on the level of alignment between your profile and the job, we assign one of three labels:

  • 🟩 HIGH MATCH – The job closely matches your resume, selected job titles, and location preferences. It’s a strong fit based on the language and criteria found in the job post.

  • 🟨 MODERATE MATCH – There is some overlap with your profile, but it may not fully match your skills or preferences.

  • πŸŸ₯ LOW MATCH – The job appears to have low relevance to your experience or preferences and may not be the right fit.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Improve your match score by updating your profile and uploading a strong resume.
