My Jobs – Manage Your Saved, Applied, and Excluded Jobs

📌 What is “My Jobs”?

This section gives you a centralised view of your job search activity. Every job you interact with — whether you saved it, applied for it, or excluded it — is tracked here so you can stay organised and in control.


⭐ Saved Jobs

Jobs you’ve bookmarked using the ⭐ icon are listed here. Use this tab to:

  • Compare opportunities

  • Revisit jobs you’re planning to apply to

  • Track deadlines for saved roles

You’ll see details like:

  • Saved Date

  • Closing Date

  • Match Score

  • Quick actions to open, un-save, or remove the job


✅ Applied Jobs

Once you’ve submitted an application (either through GoJobby or externally), the job will appear here automatically if marked as applied.

You’ll be able to:

  • See where and when you applied

  • Review the match score to evaluate the strength of your fit

  • Open the original listing to follow up or get contact details

📝 Use this tab as your personal application log — no more guessing where you’ve already applied!


🚫 Excluded Jobs

Jobs you removed from your search results appear here. This helps you:

  • Avoid revisiting jobs you’re not interested in

  • Maintain a clean and focused Job Search experience

  • Restore any excluded job if you change your mind (click the ↩️ icon)

Each entry shows:

  • Excluded Date

  • Company and role

  • Match Score to give context


🔍 Quick Filters & Sorting

You can still:

  • Search by job title or location

  • Filter by State, Job Title, or Closing Date

  • Sort results by closing date or most recent

  • Use New, Unreviewed, or Matches tabs just like in the Job Search screen


📌 Tip:

Keeping your jobs organised through My Jobs helps you stay on top of opportunities, avoid duplicates, and track your progress from interest to application.
