Once a designated member of our Client Support team has completed the setup, they will grant you access to the portal.
To log in: -
Go to business.gojoe.com.
Click ‘Log in here’ at the bottom of the page.
Enter the email address you used to register in the GoJoe app.
Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to log in.
⚠ Please note: The Business Manager is a separate platform from the GoJoe web app (app.gojoe.com). It is an admin-only portal, accessible only to designated admins within each organisation.
