How to manage Challenge Teams in Business Manager?

In Business Manager, you can manage teams within a challenge, making it easy to adjust team assignments, add members, and track progress throughout the challenge.

How to Manage Teams:

  1. Go to the Challenge you’d like to manage.

  2. Click on the “Teams” tab.

  3. To add a new team, click “Create Team”, enter the team's name, and attach an image.

  4. Once the team is created, you can add members by clicking the “Add User” icon next to the team's name. A list of users who have joined the organisation but are not yet in a team will appear.

  5. Use the “Manage Users” button to remove a member or reassign them to another team.

  6. If you’d like to edit a team’s name or image, click “Edit Team”.

  7. To delete a team, click the Trash bin icon.

The Teams tab also functions as a leaderboard; ranking teams based on the challenge type you’ve selected. It works similarly to the Users tab, which displays a solo leaderboard instead.
