The Users tab in Business Manager includes all users who have joined your organisation, whether they are participating in a challenge or not. This is different from the Users tab inside a challenge, which only shows challenge participants.
Managing Users:
Go to the "Users" tab from the left-side menu.
You will see a full list of all users in your organisation.
Search for a user by name or use filters based on custom onboarding fields.
Export the user list as a CSV file if needed.
If a user is no longer part of your company, you can remove them by clicking the trash bin icon next to their name.
This feature helps keep your organisation’s user list up to date and ensures only active employees have access.
