How to manage Organization Users in Performance Hub?

The Users tab in Performance Hub includes all users who have joined your organization, whether they are participating in a challenge or not. This is different from the Users tab inside a challenge, which only shows challenge participants.

Managing Users:

  1. Go to the "Users" tab from the left-side menu.

  2. You will see a full list of all users in your organization.

  3. Search for a user by name or use filters based on custom onboarding fields.

  4. Export the user list as a CSV file if needed.

  5. If a user is no longer part of your company, you can remove them by clicking the trash bin icon next to their name.

This feature helps keep your organization’s user list up to date and ensures only active employees have access.
