Surveys in Business Manager allow you to gather insights from participants at different stages of a challenge. We offer preset questions designed for:
Onboarding Surveys – To assess participants' wellbeing and engagement when a challenge is starting or has just started.
Exit Surveys – To track outcomes and gather feedback when a challenge is ending or has ended.
These surveys help you monitor key wellness metrics and track KPIs related to employee wellbeing.
How to Create a Survey:
Go to “Surveys” on the left-side menu and click “Create Survey.”
Enter the Survey Name and select the Survey Type (Onboarding or Exit). Click “Create.”
Click on the survey you just created to edit its details.
Survey Sections:
General – Edit the survey title and add an internal description (visible only in Business Manager).
Settings – Modify the survey type and assign the survey to a challenge under “Select Challenge.”
Survey Branding – Upload your logo, which will appear in the footer of the Intro Slide Content.
Intro Slide Content – The first screen participants see when starting the survey. Add a cover photo, title, and description. Click “Preview” to check how it looks in the app.
Completion Slide Content – This appears at the end of the survey, typically used for a thank you message. Add a title and description, and click “Preview” to check how it looks in the app.
Adding and Managing Questions:
Go to the “Questions” tab to see all preset survey questions and their response percentages.
Click the three dots next to a question to modify, delete, or adjust options and type.
To add a new question, click “Add Question.”
Enter your question and choose a question type:
Decide whether to allow additional text input (refer to the screenshot above)
Click “Create” to save your question.
Once you’ve finalized your survey, click “Publish” in the upper-right corner to make it live in the app.
To see the responses and export them, go to “Responses” tab.
