Before going through the demo club process, it is important to review the Demo Club Dashboard. This is where you will go to place, manage, and view existing demo club orders.

Dashboard View:
To access the Dashboard and view the list of issued demo clubs, go to Services > Demo Club > Dashboard. On the Dashboard, your existing demo club orders will be organized from top to bottom by expected return date or days past due (as shown below).

When viewing the dashboard, you can filter the dashboard with the following options (as shown below):
Current Demos
Overdue Demos
Reserved Demos
Past Demos
Sold Demos

You can also change the sort order by clicking on the title of the column (as shown below). Note: Not all columns are sortable.
Viewable Fields:
You can also change what columns are displayed by clicking on the "Fields" button (as shown below).

Demo Club Actions:
Each demo order order has a quick action options menu. Click on the action dropdown, and you will be able to edit, email, send reminders, and more (as shown below).

The following quick actions are available:
Finalize: Finalize the demo order to be marked as returned.
Send Email: Send an email to the member/guest regarding the demo order.
Send Email Reminder: Send a reminder email to the member/guest that the due date is approaching or the club is overdue.
Send Text Reminder: Send a reminder text to the member/guest that the due date is approaching or the club is overdue.
Edit: Edit the Demo Order.
Place Special Order: Create a special order with a vendor for a member/guest with the demo club details.
Remove Reservation: Remove a reservation for a club placed by a member through Member Portals.
Advanced Demo Club Search:
At the top of the Dashboard, you can quickly search demo club orders by member/guest name, type, tracking, or other information (as shown below). For more details on the quick search and advanced search features, Click Here.
Demo Clubs Status Alerts:
You may notice that a demo club order is tagged with a flag in the status column. These flags provide an easy visual to alert you to the status of that particular order. The following are flags you will see on the dashboard:
In progress (Green): The demo club has been issued and is not in the golf shop.
Card Authorized (Turquoise): Credit card information was entered and verified.
Overdue (Red): A demo club is past its expected return date.
Reserved (Lime Green): A demo club has been reserved by a member on Member Portals.
