Managing Demo Clubs is a big task. With Golf Shop, we help simplify the process with automated text and email notification reminders when the due date is approaching and even when a club is overdue. However, one reminder may not always be enough to get the club back in the shop, so you can also send one-off or on-demand demo club reminders as an extra nudge.
In this article, we discuss sending on-demand text and email demo club reminders.
On-Demand Email Notification Reminder:
To send a one-off, or on-demand email notification reminder, follow these directions:
Go To Services > Demo Clubs > Dashboard.
Search for and find the demo club you wish to send the reminder to.
Click the action drop-down and Select "Send Email Reminder" (as shown below).
Use the default message, or compose your own (as shown below).
Click "Send," and the individual will receive an email reminder.
On-Demand Text Notification Reminder:
To send a one-off, or on-demand text message notification reminder, follow these directions:
