As your list of current and past (i.e., finalized, returned, canceled, deleted) special orders grow, it is important to be able to find and access the order information quickly. You can do this by searching for orders on the special orders dashboard. When searching, you can use one of the two methods to search for and filter special orders:

Advanced search
Filter
In this article, we will provide instructions on using quick search and advanced search to filter and find special orders.
Quick Search Special Orders:
If you are looking for a current special order, use the quick search at the top of the Dashboard by going to Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard to use this feature. The quick search allows you to search by member/guest name, vendor, club description, SO#, or other information (as shown below).

Advanced Search/Filter Special Orders:
When using the advanced filter, you will also be able to search for finalized, returned, canceled, and deleted special orders.
To search for a special order, follow these instructions:
Go to Orders > Special Orders > Dashboard > Advanced Filter.
Select one or more search filters:
Status: Filter by order status (e.g., Orders to Place, Order Placed, etc).
More: Filter more specifically by the selected status. For instance, if filtering by "Items Completed" status, you can further filter by "Not billed", or "Vendor invoice not received", "Finalized items".
Start Date:
End Date:
Vendor: Filter by one of the vendors on your vendor list.
Description/Identifier Number: Filter by item description, SO#, PO#, Item SKU/Style #, or Vendor Confirmation #.
Customer Type: Filter by customer type (member or guest).
Member: Select a member from your member roster.
Guest: Type in a specific guest name.
Show Orders: Show orders based on a specific status (Note: Only Displays orders in the selected type(s)).
Finalized Orders: Display orders that are completed and finalized.
Returned Orders: Display orders that have been marked as returned.
Canceled Orders: Display orders that have been canceled.
Deleted Orders: Display orders that have been deleted.
Click "Search."
The filtered special order results will then be displayed.

Filter Special Order Dashboard:
At the top of the Dashboard, you can quickly filter all the special orders by top-level categories (e.g., Soft Good, Hard Goods, Accessories, etc.). Just click on the category name (as shown below), and only the special orders assigned to that category (or the child category of this category) will be visible. Revert the dashboard by clicking "All" and this will remove any category filters.
