Occasionally an order may be canceled by the vendor or you after it was placed. In this case, you will also want to cancel the entire order or parts of the order in Golf Genius - Golf Shop so the order matches the vendor order.
In this article, we will discuss how to cancel the entire order or parts of a placed detailed entry and quick entry stock order from the Stock Order Dashboard.
Canceling All or Part of a Detailed Entry Stock Orders:
To cancel all or part of a placed stock order, follow these instructions:
Go to Orders > Stock Orders > Dashboard.
Find the stock order you want to cancel in the "Orders Placed" stage.
Click the action dropdown and click "Cancel Order/Item."
Mark to Cancel (as shown below):
Make any additional adjustments if necessary.
If you need to send the vendor an email about the canceled items, check the box "Email Vendor Now." Note: The table in this email is NOT populated automatically and will needed to be filled in by the manager before clicking "Save."
Click "Cancel Marked Items."
Canceling All or Part of a Quick Entry Stock Orders:
To cancel all or part of a placed stock order, follow these instructions:
Go to Orders > Stock Orders > Dashboard.
Find the stock order you want to cancel in the "Orders Placed" stage.
Click the action dropdown and click "Cancel Order/Item."
Mark to Cancel (as shown below):

Canceled Stock Orders Alerts on the Dashboard:
After all or part of the stock order has been canceled, the stock order is tagged with a flag, "Partially Cancelled" or "Cancelled" (as shown below).
