Q: My member needs assistance filling out their survey. Can I fill out the Survey for them?
A: Yes, you can fill out a survey on behalf of your member. To fill out a survey on behalf of your member, follow these directions:
Go to Communication > Surveys.
Click the Action drop-down for the proper survey.
Select "Fill Survey for Member" (as shown below).
Select the member for which to fill out the survey.
Click "Start Survey."
Fill out the Survey and Click "Save." If you wish to repeat the process click "Save and fill in another."
