The Stock Order Assistant, powered by Google Gemini, is a tool that helps users save significant time entering stock orders while providing a high level of order details.
Once a PDF Stock Order is uploaded, you may occasionally find that the results input into the Stock Order form are not in the correct field or category. Do not worry; there are solutions to fix those mismatches, such as manually editing fields or using our move item tool.
To help minimize mismatches and optimize output, please review the tips and tricks below to get the best results from your upload.
Upload documents that are in PDF Format Only
Use original PDF format
No handwriting or notes on the PDF
If the uploaded document is far from the original, cancel the upload and try to upload it again immediately. As more documents are loaded, the AI assistant can become more accurate.
Notes, Symbols, or Dashes within a PDF can skew a size line (please upload anyway)
Quantities may not fill in a specific line item if a page break on the PDF separates an item.
Items may be created in a parent category or an incorrect category. You can use the move item tool to update each line item to its appropriate category.
By default, Parent Categories (e.g., Men’s Softgoods) hide the color and logo fields. However, you will see the color field once you move to a child category, such as Men’s Softgoods Shirts.
If a size on the PDF is new to your default sizing line, we will highlight it in red on the item line. You can add that size to the sizing line for future use or keep it for just this order by checking or unchecking the option "add new size to default sizing line" (as shown below).
