Accessing Echo Social AI
Log in to your account.
Click Echo Social AI from the left-hand menu.
You will now see your Echo Social dashboard.
Generating Social Media Posts
Creating New Posts
From your dashboard, click on Generate 3 more to automatically create three new posts using randomly selected templates.
Review generated posts. Text can be copied directly for posting.
Selecting Templates
Navigate to the Templates section.
Templates are divided into three categories:
Review-based: Uses customer reviews from Google, TripAdvisor, and Yelp.
Product-based: Promotes products listed in your Gondola dashboard.
Blog post-based: Generates content related to your existing blog posts.
Choose a suitable template to create targeted content.
Generating Images with Echo Social AI
Echo Social AI allows two types of image generation:
1. AI Recommended Media
After selecting or generating a post, click Generate AI Recommended Media.
Echo Social AI automatically creates four image options based on the post content.
2. Custom Media Generation
Click Generate Custom Media for detailed image creation.
Define the image by entering:
Subject (main focus of the image)
Environment (background/setting)
Mood (emotion or ambiance)
Click Generate. AI combines your inputs and post text to create relevant images.
You may regenerate images if initial results aren't satisfactory by adjusting inputs.
Specific Products and Customization
For promoting specific products (e.g., particular models of ATVs or boats), always use the Generate Custom Media option.
Enter detailed information about the product. Echo Social AI will reference available data to closely match your specific product model.
Downloading and Posting Images
Download images by clicking the download icon beside generated images.
Copy the generated text and manually upload images to your social media platforms or use a scheduling tool for streamlined posting.
Using Image Captioner
The Image Captioner generates captions based on images you already have.
Go to Image Captioner.
Upload your image.
Choose a Tone (e.g., Curious, Joke).
Provide Context:
Manually enter your own context, or
Use the Set Default with AI option, pulling data from reviews about your company and offerings.
Click Generate Captions.
Review and select captions to accompany your posts.
Preferences & Email Notifications
Adjust your Echo Social AI notifications:
Go to the Preferences section.
Set the email frequency (three times a week by default), or disable entirely.
