How to edit your AI Start Here page

Your AI Start Here page is now a regular page in your editor. Here's how to find it, edit it, and publish your changes.

Written by Vitaliy Levit

Every Gondola website has an AI Start Here page. It lives at yourdomain.com/llm-start-here, and there's a link to it in your footer.

This is the page AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI read when a guest asks about you. What time do I show up? How far is the drive? Is it good for kids? AI uses what's on this page to answer questions like these.

It's now a regular page in your editor, so you can edit it just like any other page.

In Genesis? Your page works differently. See Managing your AI Knowledge (Genesis).

Read it once, top to bottom

The first version of your page was written automatically from your website and your reviews. Read it once and fix anything that isn't quite right, like a price, a meeting point or a policy. When a guest asks a question, AI pulls its answer from this page, so every answer should sound the way you'd say it.

When something changes in your business, change it here too. This page doesn't update itself.

Don't see the page?

In the editor's Site settings, find the AI Start Here box and click Open the page. If your site doesn't have one yet, click Create AI Start Here page. It takes a few minutes to build.
