Goodkind Email editor allows you to add text to your email templates without having to ask your Goodkind Success Manager to add text every time you are sending a message.

To request one, message us and we will add an "Editable Template" to your Campaign Builder. Once enabled, you can use the Editable template across multiple campaigns, the text will be limited to the campaign and won't apply to new campaigns.

Once added, you will see three text options that you can use to add text to your emails.

Heading

This is the opening sentence of the email body. We recommend keeping it short by introducing something interesting that gets their attention.

example: First Name, Congrats on your offer.

We recommend keeping it under 10 words/ 2 lines.

Sub-Heading

Use this portion to tell why the person who opened the email should watch the video. Teasing the context of the video is the key here. For this line as well upto 10 words/2 lines is the recommended length.

example: Recorder name, your recruiter, recorded a video to share next steps.

Merge fields need to be selected by clicking the "+" button. Writing the word "First name" will not lead to the merge field being added to the template.

Body Text

Goes below the "Watch Video" button in your email template. We recommend keeping it short, but there is no limit on how much text can be added here.

Current Limitations

  • Customers cannot change the background images, other stylized components of your template.

  • Formatting support is limited to changing font size, lists and links. Colors cannot be changed at the moment.
