Campaign information is now more clearly displayed, offering an at-a-glance view of key details to make informed decisions quickly and easily.

To provide a comprehensive and intuitive overview, the Campaign list page is organized into three categories:

  • Launched Campaigns: Once a campaign is launched, it appears in this tab with a status for easy tracking. Campaigns are sorted by creation date, and statuses are displayed in an urgency prioritization to help you quickly identify what needs attention.

Terminology:

  • Recurring: this is an active campaign that is connected to an audience list synced to your CRM.

    • Active 1:M or Reels: Anytime a new contact is added to the audience list, the campaign will send to that contact.

    • 1:1: When a new contact is added to the audience list, a recording task will be sent to the recorder through the mobile app to record a video.

      • If approvals are on, the video will send to the approval section and an admin must approve.

      • If approvals are off, the video will send directly to the contact

  • Campaign statuses include (listed from most urgent to least):

    • Contact addition limit hit: This safety feature is triggered if the number of contacts added to a running campaign exceeds the limit set in Settings. The campaign with this status will not send until this is approved.

    • Pending approval: Review videos pending approval

    • Waiting for video: waiting for recorders to submit videos

    • No action required: This status is displayed when there are no videos pending approvals or submission

    • Complete: For one-time campaigns, this status indicates that all messages have been sent and there are no more campaigns to send

  • Draft Campaigns: Drafts include campaigns saved during the campaign-building process but not yet launched. Perfect for when you're still working out the details.

Archived Campaigns: Archived campaigns are no longer active — no new messages will be sent, including those that were scheduled. However, you can unarchive a campaign to reactivate it. Contacts already added to that unarchived campaign will not be re-added and resent. Only new contacts will receive messages.
