How to segment an audience

There’s a big change to segmenting now! You can now see the values of a custom attribute at the click of a button (vs. before, where one would have to type the value, character for character).

Audience segmenting is currently only possible through CRM synced lists. To create an audience segment:

  1. Select the synced audience list from Audience Lists tab that you want to segment (e.g. Masterlist)

  2. Select “Add Filter”

  3. Add multiple attribute filters until you have the segment you want

  4. Select “Save Segment”

  5. Name your segment - it will now be saved in your audience list!
