Navigating your Audience Page

Detail Audience Page:

Once you select an audience list, you’ll be able to manage your contacts at a more detailed level.

You can see which campaigns your audience is connected to - most audiences are only connected to one campaign.

Audience Options:

  1. Assign teams: Assign your audience to a team. In order to access the audience when you create a campaign through a specific team, it must be assigned to that team.

  2. Delete audience: Delete your audience.

  3. Import contacts: Add more contacts to your audience list. Do note: You can only add contacts to a manually uploaded list, not a synced list. If you add contacts to your list, and the list is connected to an active campaign, those contacts will receive the campaign.

    1. 📝 Do note: adding more contacts to a manually uploaded list won’t send the campaign to those contacts (if the list is connected to a campaign).

  4. Stop sync: stops the audience syncing with integration
