Welcome to the dog days of Summer. We trust that those of you with vacation time are lapping up the sun and enjoy a well-deserved break.

The Goodkind Summer 2021 Update:

At Goodkind, we've been hard at work on our next major update, and big news, it's here.

We're adding a host of features, some fantastic new functionality that have been in the works for months, and a gorgeous coat of paint in this release:

1. A brand new interface

We took a hard look at our current layouts to make them cleaner and simpler. We’ve added notifications so you know what needs your attention, and when.

2. Scheduled sending

Enough said? We think so too. You will be able to set a send date and time for your campaigns.

3. A new story page

We have been hard at work making the story page more immersive. We've enlarged the video preview area, added thoughtful animations and simplified "Actions" to increase click rates.

4. Replies

Replies are here. That's right. Contacts can now respond to your story with one of their own.

With this change, we aim to make Goodkind all about curated, authentic conversations with your customers. Replies will be easily managed with a new page: Activity.

5. Activity

As more Goodkind customers are creating ongoing campaigns and with the launch of Replies, a single space was required. It’s called Activity. Activity is a simple timeline of all the events in your campaigns, so you know what requires your attention, what’s scheduled and what’s done.

6. Story page templates

One of our most requested new features, the ability to customize your story page per campaign. Now available in the campaign builder.

And so much more:

  • Recipes (pre-built campaigns!)

  • A refined audience builder

  • Bringing more data from your CRM into Goodkind

  • Better GIF previews in email
