The Activity tab is designed to be the nerve center of your Goodkind workspace. It consists of a timeline like view of your Assigned Stories, Stories waiting for Approval, Scheduled Stories, Replies to your sent stories and Sent Stories. Information in the timeline view is sorted by time, with the latest shown first.

The Activity center is arranged as a trifold, with the first fold displaying the options to navigate between different stages of your stories. The second fold displays the story and when selected, the third fold displays the story or information about it.

The third fold will then include further options contextual to the story. So for example when viewing stories due for approval, there will be the familiar options to edit captions and approve or reject a story.

Across all the tabs there are options to filter the stories by the campaign and Storyteller to quickly navigate to what you are looking for.

Activity will include the following

  1. Assigned: Stories currently assigned to a storyteller but not recorded as yet.

  2. To Approve: Stories pending approval

  3. Scheduled: Stories that are ready to be sent at the time they are scheduled to go out.

  4. Replied: Replies to your stories from contacts

  5. Sent: All the stories sent from Goodkind
