Admins are in control of when a Goodkind story goes out. There are multiple ways you can configure the sending time of stories. In this article, I will talk about the global sending settings.
To setup your sending settings, go to Settings > Sending settings.
You can change the following here
Sending Window
Inside sending settings, you will see the default sending window. By default all stories go out between 9 AM to 4 PM on weekdays. You will also see your timezone. If you'd like to change, click on the days you want the story to go out and select the time.
Note: If you schedule a campaign outside the sending window, the campaign will go out at the scheduled time. The sending window applies only for stories that are not scheduled.
Other Settings to review on this page are
Your default address
This setting sets the email address used to deliver emails. We need your domain verified with us in order to send via your organization's address. Goodkind supports sub-domains as well. If you need to delivery via a sub-domain, please speak to your Success Manager.
This is a critical setting and affects your sending reputation. We recommend checking this setting before sending your first Goodkind campaign.
Auto-resend
Automatic re-sending will send the message to those who opened or didn't open the email and then did not click on the video URL link. For SMS it is everyone who didn't click the video URL. For re-send, we send the same message. We add "Reminder" to the email subject and the SMS.
Enable SMS
You can enable delivery of videos via SMS by enabling it as below. If you are in US/Canada or a region that supports delivery via MMS, you can enable it too. If you are not sure about delivery via MMS, ask your Success Manager.
