The Collect Videos campaign type allows you to record videos without adding it to a contact/list. This helps you collect videos from recorders in advance without sending your video message to someone.

Once you launch a Collect Videos campaign Goodkind will create it as "Campaign". You can then track its status by referring to the Assigned tab in your Activity page.

Once your recorder submits the video to your Goodkind workspace, you also have the option to approve/reject the video. If you plan to use the video collected from this campaign, make sure the video is approved first.

Creating a Collect Videos campaign is very easy.

  1. Select Create Campaign > Collect Videos.

  2. Give your campaign an internal name i.e., Submit Your VIP Video. You can also add a script and instructions for recorders at this step.

You will see that the option to approve video is set to "No" by default. We highly recommend that you toggle this feature to "Yes". This allows you to review the video before using it for an outbound campaign.

  3. Click next and select the recorders you want to request videos from.

  4. Launch your campaign.

  5. You can follow the progress of the videos submitted to your video library in your collect video's campaign report page.
