Why do I need to share an email template with Goodkind?

How does Goodkind deliver videos to your customers?

Videos from Goodkind are delivered to your customers as Emails and SMS ( or MMS). The purpose of these messages is to get your customers to click this message and go to a purpose built "Story Page". This page is where the video message gets played. Because this page is built on our platform, we can deliver you better insights on how your message was received by your customers.

The default message looks like the one below:

Let's look at all the elements the default message lacks

  1. It doesn't have your logo

  2. The background and the colors don't match your existing messages to your customers. A message that looks different than the others will make your customers doubt the message and not click on it.

  3. The boiler plate text message may not be something you want on your message

  4. Your organization information doesn't match

What do I need to send?

Share with us an email that contains an existing message to your contacts. An HTML is preferred but we can also build it from an email.

How many templates can I send?

We support unlimited per workspace.

Can I change the template later?

Yes, you can. However please note that we need upto 2 business days to get the template built.
