Goodkind delivers emails on your behalf to your contacts. By default all your messages to your customers go via our default email address "stories@mail.wearegoodkind.com", further when the emails are delivered they also show that they are delivered "via sendgrid.net". See image below:

In order to send emails on your behalf via Goodkind, we need to have this setting enabled. Failure to do so can impact your campaign performance and result in messages being flagged as spam.

Also scroll down to our FAQs quickly if you need.

These need to be changed in order to look like they come from you. To do so, we need to configure your DNS.

Don't worry this won't be a forever IT project. Configuring DNS is straightforward and we make sure that you have every bit of information beforehand when you ask your IT for this.

Once your IT team has confirmed that the domain is verified. Go to Sending settings in the Settings menu and Click "Verify". You will see a confirmation message that your domain has been successfully authenticated.

Frequently asked Questions

What does Goodkind need from me?

We need to know a default email address for the emails.

My IT team has suggested we use a subdomain, do you support that?

Yes, we support subdomains. We recommend having the subdomain to say something like video.yourcurrentdomain.com

My IT team came back saying that they are already using the SPF records provided by Goodkind. What do I do?

Not a problem, we can send you a new SPF record. Get in touch with your Success Manager.
