This article is intended for Slate Admins who are setting up Goodkind integration via SFTP. When connecting Goodkind with Slate, you can choose to use Slate's SFTP folder or ask Goodkind to make one for you.

When using Slate's SFTP to connect with Goodkind

  • Whitelist the following IP in Slate.

    • 3.227.99.15

    • 3.231.133.195

    • 99.249.64.125

    • 172.171.168.20

  • Create two folders for Goodkind, one for outbound data (for Goodkind to pick the queries you want to export to Goodkind) and one for inbound data (for contact activity from Goodkind). The values need to be line separated and not comma separated.

  • Include the field Slate ID in all your exports.

  • Have a separate column for first name and last name. If you prefer using preferred name, then only use that column instead of first name.

  • Have the format of CSV delimiter as Comma (instead of the default value as Tab).
