Goodkind uses Slate's SFTP capability to bring lists from Slate and send data back. To make sure that the connection works as expected. Here are some best practices:

Use Reference ID field to identify.

Slate can use identifiers for the person record and the Application, Since there can be multiple application IDs, use Person IDs (commonly called Ref in Slate) when sending the data to Goodkind

Use comma separated CSV as the format

In the export settings make sure you change the format from tab (which is the suggested format) to comma separated.

Send one query to one folder

Each SFTP folder refers to a query in Slate. Within one folder, Goodkind can combine all the files to generate a consolidated file and remove any duplicates.
