Goodkind supports data syncing with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT (RENXT).
To make the connection, we recommend that the Environment Admin of your account enables the integration with Goodkind. This helps to ensure that all of your web admins will have access to all of the constituents and lists you wish to bring into Goodkind. To learn more about the different privileges for Admins, please refer to Blackbaud's documentation about it, here.
Let's get connected!
Follow these steps within your RENXT account to begin:
Go to Blackbaud Partner Marketplace and type Goodkind into the search bar.
Click the Get Started button and login into your RENXT account (see image).
Copy and/or write down Goodkind's unique ID number.
Go to the Control Panel and click on Applications.
Select Connected Apps and choose Add Application.
Enter Goodkind's unique ID number and select Save.
Importing Data from RENXT into Goodkind
Once the steps listed above are complete, you will now able to import data into your Goodkind workspace!
Here's what's next:
Login into your Goodkind workspace and press Settings (⚙️).
Click on Contact Importing and select Blackbaud (see image). This step will prompt you to login to your Blackbaud account. We strongly advise that the Environment Admin who enabled the integration with Goodkind in the preceding steps is the same individual for this process.
After you've entered your login details, RENXT will inform you of the permissions Goodkind requires. Click Allow and the connection is complete!
