Overview

Sometimes you want your video message to capture a specific backdrop, and other times, the assigned recorder has spotty wifi in the location they would like the video to showcase. That's why using a saved or pre-recorded video is a super helpful tool.

In 3 simple steps, this article will teach you how to upload a video from your phone's photo gallery to an assigned recording task.

Here's how:

Once you've been assigned your recording task, all you have to do is

  1. Select your assigned recording task and click record video

  2. Select the image gallery icon on the far bottom right of your screen

💡 One thing to make note of is that if you are unable to see videos from your phone’s photo gallery after clicking this button, you have to make sure that your phone’s settings permissions are toggled on. This will ensure that Goodkind has access to your camera gallery!

  3. Select your video, choose a thumbnail, press submit video and you're done!
