Where can I access Teams?

In the navigation tab of your Goodkind workspace (left-hand panel), select the dropdown arrow of your Inbox, and you'll find your Teams.

How do Teams function with SMS/WhatsApp?

Goodkind Teams allow admins to initiate, respond, and view all SMS/WhatsApp conversations with your contacts. Our current state of Teams is assigned to one unique phone number, and each phone number is assigned to only one admin. For example:

  • Team "Iron Man" = Jack's unique phone number

  • Team "Thor" = Jane's unique phone number

  • Team "Captain America" = Joan's unique phone number

💡There is no limit for the number of Teams or phone numbers that can be added to your workspace. If you would like to add more Teams (phone numbers) to your workspace, please contact your Success Manager.

How do Teams work?

Each team operates as its own unique inbox for the phone number it is associated to, and each admin is designated as their own team. Every text that is sent from an individual team's unique phone number will be found in that team's inbox and vice versa, for all contacts that reply to that team's unique phone number.

For example: All messages sent from the "Captain America" team (Joan's unique phone number), will be found in the "Captain America" team inbox. All replies to Joan's unique phone number will be found in the "Captain America" team's inbox.

In your Inbox, you'll also find a Team named, "Default Video Messaging". This team should only be used for launching video message campaigns. This is to ensure that you can continue using the same default phone number that you have already used to send video messages to your contacts.

In future iterations of Teams, you will also be able to group multiple admins into one team i.e., Various recruiters, counselors, or faculty in one team to communicate with all students apart of a specific region.
